How much stamp duty will I pay?
Residential stamp duty in Ireland is 1% on the first 1 million euro and 2% on anything above. For a 350,000 euro property, that is 3,500 euro. Non-residential property is charged at 7.5%.

This is a pre-tax return. Rental income is taxed at your marginal rate (20% or 40%) plus USC and PRSI. Capital gains are taxed at 33% CGT (minus the 1,270 euro annual exemption). Use our other calculators for after-tax figures.
What is a good rental yield in Ireland?
